Compartirás con otros 5 estudiantes de diferentes partes del mundo.

El precio mensual es de 452€ por contratos de mínimo 6 meses Por contrato de 1 año, hay descuento y sería 432€ al mes. A esto hay que sumarle 50€ de gastos/mes.

Se pide fianza de 1 mes y unos 190€ de gastos de agencia.

The rent is 452€ for a contract of minimum 6 months. But if you sign a contract of 1 year, the rent is discounted to 432€. There is also 50€ expenses each month.
