INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT: - Probably the most vital, high-speed WiFi internet with an unlimited data usage. - Some Bills included: council tax, internet and water - Fully furnished room - There is enough amount of space for clothes and personal items. - There are 2 bathrooms in the house which means no queuing in the morning when you're trying to get ready for work!!

ABOUT ME: The aim I took upon myself is to make your stay as happy as possible. If you have anything troubling you, need repairs, need advice about the area or have any other issues let me know. I know plumbers, electricians, and handymen in case of any repair problems that pop up.

YOUR HOME: Your home is newly refurbished with brand new bedroom furniture. It's in a cool area with nice bars, cafes, restaurants close by. Also the transport links are great!

GETTING AROUND: Travelling around the city will be a walk in the park (not literally)! But the transport system is very convenient and makes exploring very easy.

Because our place is only a 10 minutes walk to Wimbledon Park tube and Wimbledon tube (District Line) it means it only takes:

- 13 minutes to West Brompton (for London Overground) - 15 minutes to Earls Court - 19 minutes to South Kensington (for the Piccadilly line) - 22 minutes to Notting Hill (for the Central line)

Less than a 10 min walk to Wimbledon Station (Rail) which means:

- 5 minutes to Clapham Junction - 13 minutes to Vauxhall (for the Victoria line) - 15 minutes to London Waterloo

Believe it or not I myself found the tube to be a harsh learning curve when I first arrived here! But if you need help just give me a message and I'll be more than happy to help!

There is only a £100 security deposit required that will also be returned once you move out and I will also require first and last month's rent up front. Plus a one time £97 administrative fee.
