James is sadly moving out of our 4 people house and we are looking for new housemate to join our houseshare. We are 3 young professionals in our mid/late twenties.

The property is in good condition throughout, comprising of a newly fitted modern kitchen, bathroom, TV Lounge and a little garden with a tree, perfect for BBQs when the sun decides to come out. A cleaner comes once a week to clean up the kitchen/dining area and bathroom which makes life a little easier.

The house is in ideal location just 5 min walk to Balham station (Northern Line) and a couple of local amenities to choose from.

We are looking for someone sociable, tidy and clean who wants to join a house where we would hang out together occasionally for some drinks or a dinner at home and expand all our friendship groups
