Generally, I'm a clean, friendly, and easygoing guy, and knows how to respect privacy. Looking for a roommate to rent out the master bedroom in my apartment. Looking for a peaceful and tidy person or couple. Must be punctual with payments. I will need to see 2 most recent paystubs. Rent price listed is for one person renting. Couples accepted -- Must pay $1200/month with a $1200 security deposit. Amenities in the apartment: Electric*(to be discussed), gas, cable, internet, kitchen (stove, oven, microwave) and washing machines and dryers in the basement for laundry (washers and dryers are part of the apartment building. You'd have to pay to use it like you would in a laundromat.) Amenities in the room: Private bathroom, mini-fridge, closet, closet mirror, and closet right outside of room. Dimensions of the room - 189 sq. ft. 5 minute walk to Main Street, nearby numerous buses, the 7 train, and the LIRR. Walking distance to malls, supermarkets, the public library, and a laundromat on the next block if one doesn't feel like using the laundromat in the building. Public MTA buses nearby (No more than a 10 minute walk): Q12, Q13, Q16, Q17, Q19, Q20A, Q20B, Q25, Q27, Q28, Q34, Q44-SBS, Q48, Q50, Q58, Q65, Q66, N20G
