Hello, welcome to my new flat!
It is about 65 sq meters, in Raval, on Joaquin Costa, 2 minutes away from MACBA, and most importantly, close to all the good bars and pizza places.
You'll be living with me, 30 year old French woman, in Barcelona for 9 years and working full time, and my dog. There will also be another flatmate.
Expenses are included in the price, unless the consumption per person surpasses 55€/month (water and electricity included), in which case I'll ask for an extra contribution.
Washing machine and wifi. I just bought the flat so I'll be adding more equipment little by little.
I'm looking for someone between 26 and 33 years old, who's calm, respectful and pays the rent on time.

About me
30 year old French woman and dog owner. Currently workaholic but I like the chill sides of life too.
