Large 98m2 apartment fully equipped and renovated. Air conditioning and heating. Washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. It has two separate common rooms: the kitchen-dining room and the very bright living room.

Large bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The apartment is shared by 3 flatmates in total. (Only girls, you will be the third flatmate). The two girls who are living there are every clean, organized and respectful. They are yoguis and enjoy outdoor activities in the free time. Looking for someone who shares the same vibe.

Key location: Central area very well connected by bus/metro. The Joanic metro is right in front of the building, it takes you to the center (Plaza Catalunya) in 7 minutes and to the beach in 15 minutes. All types of buses and services nearby: supermarkets, hairdressers, restaurants and bars.

All bills are included: electricity, gas, water and internet.

Cleaning of common areas included once per week.
