Offering a double room in a 2 bed new build flat in Park Royal within a Brand New Development called Royal Waterside.

The flat is approx. 5 minutes’ walk to Park Royal station and 8 minutes to Hanger Lane. There is a bus stop directly outside the complex which takes you to Ealing Broadway within 15 minutes. Asda is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute bus ride away. The flat is within a complex of new build apartments which are set away from the main road and next to a nature reserve so it's very quiet.

The room is a large double room - Furnishings are optional (Bed & Chest of drawers are available but can be taken away if you prefer your own stuff). There is a built in wardrobe.

You'll share the bathroom and living room/kitchen with me. I'm a 30 year old professional and work in the city. I'm an easy going guy and enjoy a good chat over a beer or 2. I grew up in Ealing so have my family and friends nearby.

It's a really big flat - the living room/kitchen is a great size and the bathroom comes with a bath with shower built in. There is also a private patio outside which is a nice spot to chill in – when the weather is a bit warmer :)

There's Unlimited SuperFast fibre optic broadband and complete SKY package (Sky Sports, Movies, HD, etc) in the flat.

Looking for somebody who is easy going, up for a chat and is respectful too.
