The room is cozy, furnished with a double bed and good storage. The flat has a huge and airy shared living room (upstairs!) and a roof terrace. You'll be sharing with 1 male and 2 females, all professionals.

The rent is £477 per month excluding bills (which are roughly £60 per person/month). Security deposit is £432 with a £50 one-off admin fee.

The flat is in a great location, less than 3 mins walk to Sainsbury's, Iceland, Argos, banks and the rest of Kilburn High Street. 5 minutes walk to Kilburn High road Overground station, 10 mins walk to Kilburn Park on the Bakerloo and 15 mins walk to West Hampstead station on the Jubilee (now a night tube), Overground and Thameslink.
