Our ideal flatmate: Someone who enjoys a chat, watching a movie or cooking together from time to time, but who can also respect others' privacy. We look for a clean and tidy person who takes care of the house and wants to call this place "home".

Agency fees £120 to sign the contract £60 to perform reference checks £1275 deposit

The agency requires an annual income of minimum 27k per annum. Unfortunately, this is a mandatory requirement to pass the reference check.
