Hi there..!

We are looking for our last flatmate to fill a recently renovated house.

We are so far one Argentinian girl, (Paula, 35), a lovely couple from Turkey, (Ege 32 and Beste 25), and Miquel, from Barcelona, 56.. We are friendly and relaxed, you will feel here like at home.

We are looking for a relaxed, kind, cheerful girl.

Important. BILLS are INCLUDED. We have a fast 5G Internet wifi. There is central heating.

The bedroom is single, with a window to a luminous recently painted patio. There is a desk to work on, a single comfortable bed and a brand new wardrobe.

Big flat with one bathroom and a separated toilet all totally new. There is a laundry room, big area with the dining table, sofa area and galería. Quite big kitchen with dishwashing machine.

On top of it there is a massive sunny terrace that we can use, with bbq.

The flat is only 5 minutes away from the Vallcarca metro station, 10 minutes away from plaza Catalunya.

There is a Condis 1 minute from the house and a pharmacy 2 min away.
