Only girls! The house have 3 rooms but only one available (the one in the picture). 1 WC, 1 kitchen, 1 leaving room, balcony (interior and exterior). The apartment is fully furnished, there’s a very good TV (Netflix and Prime). I’ll put more pictures during the next days. All bills included (water, gas, electricity, internet). You have bus stops (V21, H6, N0) and metro (Alfons X) at 2 minutes walking, and Mercadona, Caprabo and Bon Preu at 10 in different directions. Real closed to the amazing Barrio of Gràcia where you can always go to drink or eat something in every time of the day.
