Hello! Due to a family situation I’m moving back to the States and leaving my beautiful piso. You’d be subleasing from me until the lease ends the 1st of November, 2020 but you have the option to renew for another year after that if you want!

Location: located in La Latina, 30 seconds from Plaza Mayor, 3-5 minutes walking from metros La Latina (line 5), Tirso de Molina (line 1), Opera (lines 2 and 5), and Sol (metro lines 1, 2, 3 and cercanías lines C3 and C4).

The Apartment: 5 bedrooms total, interior/exterior flat with a large living room, two bathrooms, and a beautiful kitchen with a separate pantry room. Includes all typical home amenities like washing machine, oven, microwave, etc. Living room has two really nice exterior balconies as well.

Price: €215 including WiFi, plus gastos (usually no more than €30 a month for everything – water, gas, and electricity).

My room is small but it’s been perfect for my time here. If you want to save money for travels, student loans or endless tinto de veranos then this room would be great for you! The size of the living room and kitchen are both huge so never have I felt cramped in this piso or my cozy room. The room comes furnished and the whole house is too, so you wouldn’t need to buy anything unless you wanted to!

You would be living with 3 American girls (all auxiliars) and 1 spanish girl (who is getting her masters. They are all super kind and I’ve really enjoyed my time with them!!
