It is a wonderful room with a big window. There is lots of sunlight coming through the window at a daytime.

All the furniture is new, and the bed has a new memory foam mattress.

Our apartment is not big (we do not have a common area), but it is clean and has everything you need. We have got a new washing machine and a new fridge. The apartment was renovated a year and a half ago.

Perfect location! - 5 blocks away from Marbella Beach - 2 blocks away from metro Poblenou - LIDL is right in our building - Nearest Mercadona is just 2-3 mins walk away - A few blocks away from Rambla de Poblenou

We are looking for someone: - clean / organized (someone who would leave the bathroom and kitchen clean right after you use them) - respectful - someone who would not make much noise when other people are resting. IMPORTANT: We do not rent to couples and it is a smoking-free apartment.
