You can access the studio through a common entrance, after that you have your own private space. We favour calm friendly people, the studio is ideal for single people or couples who love eachother very much :), if you like privacy without having to feel isolated this is the ideal place for you. Internet is included, water 30€ a month and electricity on consumption. The studio has washing machine, hoven, fridge, a double bed and a wardrobe and tons of light, no tall buildings in front of your window...which allow even the winter sun to peek through it... We (family of 4) live next door, so we can solve rapidly any problems you might encounter with the flat.
