The loft is almost a complete open space, so I need to find a special kind of roommate who's also comfortable with that...
I'd prefer a roommate who is also LGBT+. It's a beautiful set up and will come fully furnished. Happy to set up viewings :)

I'm in the process of learning Spanish and would love it if my roommate was Spanish speaking as I think this would encourage me to speak it more.
