Hi, i am Teresa and i´d be happy to share my apartment with you!

The apartment is in the best area of the city center of Alicante: 12 minutes walk to the beach of Postiguet, just two blocks away to LA Marina, 8 min walk to the Avenida Maisonnave, the main street of shops like Zara, Mango etc and Corte Ingles. Very close also by foot to the tra****tion and bus station. In the paralel street, just two min walk from the flat there is a Mercadona which makes the shopping very fast and easy. Bus stops to University are 3 min by foot from the flat.

All the services just around the corner: the Mall of Corte Ingles, mobile telephone operators ( Movistar, Orange, Vodafone..), printer shops, paper shops, banks, Post office etc. The area is full of cafeterias and restaurants and its a pleasure to stroll after a working day.

The apartment is in the third floor with elevator and the entrance was recently refurbished. It is quiet and big with a confortable kitchen where you have everything you need including washing machine. There is also a confortable bathroom, a living room and a nice balcony which is a pleasure to have breakfast or to have a glass of wine in the warm summer nights of Alicante.

Wi-fi optic fiber cable and water are included in the price.

The room is large and full of light with a comfortable double bed of 150cm, a closet, two nightstands, and a sitting area. You will have everything here necessary for your stay: internet, kitchen appliances, washing machine, iron, bedshets, etc. I will add a working desk very soon to complete the room for your needs.

I live by myself in the apartment and i work most of the day outside Alicante. I am a serious and respectful person and fun at the same time. I was for three years a superhost in airbnb and definitely like to share the place with nice people. I am happy to show my apartment to you:)
