I'm looking for a friendly face to take my room in Wimbledon, located a very short 2 minute walk from South Wimbledon tube station – 30 minutes to both Waterloo and London Bridge

Available from February 22nd, the room is huge, has ample natural light and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and two chests of drawers

There's a communal living room with sofas and a TV, a kitchen with loads of storage space and a bathroom with a super cast iron bathtub

The rent is £680 a month and includes all of the following:

– Gas bills – Electric bills – Water and sewage – Council tax too

– Super-quick WiFi – A house Netflix account – Sky / Virgin media TV in the living room

There's on-street parking available outside, but you'll need to buy a permit from the council first

The landlord will consider anyone who is "legally resident in the UK, in full time employment, be able to provide references and relevant documentation"
