Room will be available to rent from 26 January 2026! ChicRoomBarcelona offers a fantastic and private property with 10 decorated rooms in the city center of Barcelona. Apartaments are located on the Balmes street with easy access to Plaza Catalunya and other Barcelona main attractions. That space is designed only for female students or professionals who wish to spend their time with people of the same age. Each room has a woman taste. Name of this room was given in the honor of Amelia Earhart, inspirational women. Decoration in that room has been made according to her taste, colors, etc. In this room, heating, bed linen, towels, bathrobe are provided. Room is adapted to your needs, you will find nice double bed, night table with a lamp, extra desk for your own use, 3 door wardrobe, chest of drawers, big mirror, all to make you feel like at home. In the common areas you will find a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher for your own use. Cleaning of common areas is twice a week. The minimum contract is 3 months. Rent is 600€. Extras: the utilities costs are 250€ per room/month: 24hrs service, maintenance, wifi, water, gas, electricity, cleaning, bedlinen, towels, bathrobe. Guarantee deposit is 400€ (refundable at the end of the stay), the agency fee of 250€ + vat (with minimum stay of 3 months), or 400€ + vat (for a 6 months stay) are requested.
