2 beautiful, light, airy and spacious double bedrooms in a large victorian house, soon to be available in Honor Oak. It’s within walking distance of both Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill overground stations, and near lots of lovely shops and cafes.

Price is £480 & £460 pcm for each of the rooms respectively, one slightly larger than the other, but both generous double rooms. Bills are not included but come to an average of about £80-90 per month. Each of the rooms come unfurnished.

Part of a 5 bed social household, currently 3 women, working in education and film production, we're looking for people that are like-minded, easy going and up for hanging out. We have a projector so like to watch movies in our super lovely lounge, and have house dinners every now and then too.

We have a cat too, who is charming and grumpy in equal measure :)
