Hi there, I have a single room with double bed, 1 minute walking from the beach.

The apartment is on the last 5th floor without higher building surrounding, It is orientated South, so there is a Sunshine in the entire apartment throughout the whole day!

However, if it would get too hot, You have electrical remote controlled window blinds and an Air Conditioning.

This flat is surprisingly warm in the winter time, we do have heating mode in the air conditioner, however we use only a small heaters with a programmer that sets it on only in the morning. There was literally no point to use it all day through the winter.

The street is very quiet, all the tourists are walking elsewhere.

Apartment is in perfect new condition, I am the first tennant after the complete renovation of the flat.

In a room stays everything seen on photos, besides my suitcases : ). You can furnish and change everything in this room whatever you like.

Your flatmate is French, English, Polish and poquito Spanish speaker, but he attends the course. He is a Biotechnology Phd student, swimming enthusiast.
