1 Spaciousness and elegance in Islington

Situated in the heart of Islington, a five-minute walk from Highbury and Islington station, this neat and spacious abode is perfect for anyone looking for plenty of personal space. But that doesn’t mean you don’t get to socialise with your flatmates! The shared spaces are just as large and welcoming. Just look at that gorgeous kitchen with the adjoining dining area! What better way to bond than over food?

2 Calm and quiet in Kennington

What we love about this place is how unassumingly calm and cosy it feels. The mint of the kitchen cupboards pairs perfectly with the warm earthy tones of the floorboards and the dining room furniture, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere in this shared part of the house. But what we love best is probably the snug little patio garden, a true oasis of peace.

The room itself features a double bed and a built-in workstation, very handy for our new remote work reality. You also get your very own TV in the bedroom, complete with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The area has great connections to central London, with only one stop to Waterloo and a few stops to the City of London.

3 Cosiness and style in Hammersmith

Sitting on the quiet Minford Gardens street, this homely place is located right where Hammersmith meets Shepherd’s Bush and Kensington, with the Westfield Shopping Centre only 5 minutes away on foot. Hyde Park and Notting Hill are a short walk or a bike ride away as well.

The single room is small but comfortable, and the vast shared lounge more than makes up for the apparent lack of space in the bedroom. It is newly refurbished and stylishly decorated, inviting you to spend your time lounging around or cooking up a meal with your flatmates. The place is clean and the tenants care about sustainability, so prepare to get on board with recycling.

What do we love best about this place? It has to be the rooftop terrace with a set of deck chairs and an outdoor dining table. A perfect place to bond with your flatmates and have friends over for a bit of sunshine.
