Are you looking for a room to rent in Barcelona? You’ve come to the right place! We’re sharing our favourite rooms in Barcelona currently available to rent through Badi.

1 Vibrant and full of character

We love this cozy flat located right on Passeig de Sant Joan, one of Barcelona’s leafiest avenues. Just look at that spacious bay window turned into the most charming dining area, who could resist that light!

The flat is full of character, with colourful decorative details tastefully scattered throughout. From a bright yellow armchair in the reading nook, to the towering plants and a captivating gallery wall. The room itself is spacious, and most importantly exterior-facing (if you’ve lived in Barcelona before, you know how important this is!). And the cherry on the cake – your very own balcony to enjoy at will.

The place is ideally located in central Barcelona, just a few blocks away from Sagrada Familia and the buzzing Gracia neighbourhood. So what are you waiting for? Check out the room and get to know your flatmates.

2 Neat and homely

If you believe in the power of details, we may have found the next home for you. Jav, the lister of this pretty room in Eixample, definitely pays a lot of attention to every detail, and you can tell – even the bathroom here is all dolled up.

The room exhibits the best of minimalist decoration and boasts lots of storage space. But the best part? A private bathroom, all to yourself! A treat you don’t get very often.

But don’t restrict yourself to your bedroom, this flat is all about sharing, as Jav and Oscar, your two flatmates, will quickly let you know. The living room dotted with plants is spacious and inviting, and the adjoining dining area clearly testifies to many conversations shared over food.

The flat is located on Mallorca Street, in the vicinity of the Glories shopping centre. Check it out and don’t wait too long to book it!

3 Spacious and quiet

A flatmate who likes to cook and bond over food? Yes, please! That’s what you get when you rent a room in this spacious flat in Eixample, one of Barcelona’s central neighbourhoods. That and much more, including your very own ensuite bathroom, a bright room overlooking a quiet interior patio, and views over Sagrada Familia straight from your sofa. You could hardly ask for more.

If you’re a remote worker, like most of us are right now, you will be happy to know that the place comes with a home office as well. Both Gauvin and Boris, the two flatmates currently living in the flat, work from home, so they like their space to be neat, clean, and quiet. If you do too, you’ve found your tribe!

Check out the room on Badi and schedule a video call to do a quick virtual tour!

4 Sleek and stylish

We love the calm feel of this modern apartment located in the Sants neighbourhood, close to the imposing Plaza España square. The room has all the modern luxuries: your very own air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and a smart TV with Netflix. If you wanted to, you could happily spend most of your time in there, but don’t miss out on the flat sharing fun that often happens in the living area! And what a living area this is! Have you seen that sparkling kitchen straight out of a film? And what about the cute balcony with views of the neighbourhood? This one is not to be missed, go check it out now and save it for yourself!

5 Airy and colourful

Curious about coliving, the latest trend in shared housing? A coliving space typically consists of many individual rooms and a variety of shared spaces, such as a big cooking and dining area, lounge, and often also a work space. Different services, such as cleaning and wifi are often included in the price you pay. A coliving space is built around a community of people who share the same lifestyle, values, and ideas. It’s flat sharing taken to the next level.

Well, you can get a taste of it in this small coliving in Barcelona. With multiple spaces in different locations in Gracia and Eixample neighbourhoods, they offer rooms that are fully furnished, modern, and sleek. We love this particular room in Eixample, so ample and bright. And just look at that terrace! When you live in a city that gets as many sunny days as Barcelona does, it really is a shame not to have a terrace to enjoy them on.

Check out this interesting listing on Badi and book a room for yourself (they accept couples as well!).
